IT IS confirmed! Jalan Tun Sambanthan and Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad in Brickfields will be turned into a one-way street.

A source close to the Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Ministry said the proposal which is part of the Package 3 of the RM110mil stimulus package to ease congestion in Brickfields and Bangsar will proceed and work is expected to start at the end of the year.

吉隆坡５日讯）雪邦赛车场(SIC)联合机场直透快铁公司（ERL）推出配套，以预防再度出现塞车及泊车位置不足的问题。

推介盘今早于吉隆坡中环广场（KL Sentral）进行，出席的包括了雪邦赛车场总执行长拉兹兰、雪邦赛车场主席拿督莫扎尼、机场直透快铁公司总执行长诺玛莫哈末女士、全国快车集团（KTB）执行董事东姑哈斯马迪以及Skybus总经理克里斯。

雪邦赛车场(SIC)联合机场直透快铁公司（ERL）推出一共有3个配套供F1车迷选择，其中也包括了搭乘吉隆坡国际机场快铁（KLIA Transit）及从吉隆坡国际机场前往雪邦赛车场的巴士，这除了让F1车迷可乘搭公共交通工具前往雪邦赛车场观赛，也不需面对着塞车或泊车位置不足的问题。

这些配套中分别为３天来回雪邦赛车场（120令吉）、２天来回雪邦赛车场（90令吉）以及前往雪邦赛车场的单程配套（25令吉）。

此外，Skybus公司今年也安排150辆的巴士分布在三个地区的酒店，以便轮流载送一些下榻酒店的F1车迷前往吉隆坡中环广场，持有配套的车迷每趟只需缴付5令吉，而没有购买配套的则须缴付10令吉。

By:thestar THE Seputeh Residents Association (SRA) has protested the temporary closure of Jalan Syed Putra.

According to president Robert Quah, traffic coming into Taman Seputeh from Petaling Jaya using the Federal Highway will have to make a U-turn at Brickfields using the newly opened ramp.
